First Alliance Construction Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to providing world class construction solutions for Saskatchewan through advanced Program Management. Started in 2008, First Alliance is managed by partners with significant years of combined experience in the commercial construction business, as well as a history within the Province.
The partners are a consortium of First Nations comprised of all member Nations within the Saskatoon Tribal Council and Battleford Agency Tribal Council.
Additionally the partners include Corval Group, Inc, a full-service construction and engineering firm founded in 1921.
First Alliance Construction Solutions is 51% owned by Saskatchewan First Nations. That ownership base represents two Tribal Councils, Saskatoon Tribal Council (STC) and Battleford Agency Tribal Chiefs (BATC), made up of 13 First Nations with a total membership of 22,032 treaty people. Those First Nation shareholders represent 18% of all the First Nations people living the Province of Saskatchewan.
